Website Design & User Experience
Project Overview
A new website is being developed for two sister buildings, each boasting the tagline "My type of place." The site, which will share a single domain, requires two distinct skins to reflect the unique style and attitude of each building while maintaining consistent functionality across both versions. Although the buildings are still under construction and the website has yet to be developed, the design strategy focuses on ensuring that each skin conveys the individual character of its respective building while offering a seamless user experience.

Website Design
2023
A key differentiator for this site is the implementation of unique transitions that emphasize the distinct characteristics of each building. Given that the content for both buildings needs to mirror one another, it was crucial to use scale, typography, and color to narrate different stories effectively. This approach ensures that while the functionality remains consistent, each building's unique style and attitude are clearly communicated through the site's visual and interactive elements.

Website Design
2023
Ensuring that the building pages felt welcoming was a crucial aspect of the overall design. Despite the buildings not yet being under construction, we leveraged stock photography and greeking to create a compelling visual experience. It was imperative to develop versatile components capable of accommodating the eventual content produced and provided by the client. This approach allowed us to maintain a warm and inviting aesthetic while preparing for future content integration seamlessly.
